Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson

Best know as "The Rock", Dwayne Johnson was worn many hats in his career, including professional wrestler, football player, and actor. Born in 1972 in Hayward, California, he is the grandson of professional wrestler "High Chief" Fanene Maivia and the son of wrestler Rocky Johnson.

Johnson played college football for the University of Miami where he was very successful, but an injury to his back thwarted any chance at a career in the NFL. It was then that he turned to wrestling. His WWF debut was against the Brooklyn Brawler, and after a few more matches he was signed to the WWF under the name Flex Kavana. One year later, he became part of the Nation of Domination, eventually calling himself The Rock. Later, he joined The Corporation and it when at this time that his notorious fight began with Steve Austin. The Rock has won the WWF Heavyweight title six times and the WWF Tag Team championships five times.

He has appeared in several films, including The Mummy Returns and The Scorpion King.

He and his wife of ten years, Dany Garcia, have one daughter, Simone Alexandra.
